Previously, Molly was the Beauty Director of Women’s Health Magazine for seven years, where she was responsible for all of the beauty related content, digital beauty applications (including social media strategies/programs) and beauty partnerships. Additionally, she wrote and edited a monthly mental health column called, “The Office Shrink.” Under her leadership, Women’s Health won numerous editorial awards including several American Academy of Dermatology Golden Triangle Awards and a Skin Cancer Foundation Media Award for Editorial Excellence (2013).  She was also a key member of the award-winning team that won the National Magazine Award for General Excellence (2011), Adweek’s Hot List (twice), and Advertising Age’s “Magazine of the Year” (2009).

Before joining Women’s Health, Nover-Baker was the Beauty Director at CosmoGIRL Magazine for seven years and was the launch beauty editor for Sephora.com, creating their beauty editorial platform—including a first-of-its-kind online beauty magazine. She has been an expert guest on television programs such as The Today Show, The Early Show, The Doctor Oz Show, The Meredith Vieira Show and The View. In 2014, she was named one of Doctor Oz’s “Miracle Workers”–one of only four experts to receive that prestigious award (and the only beauty expert). Nover-Baker currently resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with her husband and two children.
